Sample Menus

All of your meals will be cus­tomized to the only per­son who counts — you.

Your menu options will be based on your likes and dis­likes and dietary goals, and pre­sented to you for approval before your cook­ing ses­sion begins. We can also accom­mo­date any num­ber of food aller­gies, sen­si­tiv­i­ties and dietary con­cerns, includ­ing: vegan/vegetarian; lac­tose and gluten-free diets; low-sodium and low-fat diets; dia­betic; and most pop­u­lar low-carb/low-glycemic index diets (e.g. Zone, Atkins, South Beach, etc.).

Most impor­tantly, your meals will be geared towards your unique tastes, to ensure that every bite is as deli­cious as it is nutri­tious. How­ever, to give you a bet­ter idea of some of the options avail­able, the fol­low­ing are a few of the more pop­u­lar dishes I have prepared:
