All of your meals will be customized to the only person who counts — you.
Your menu options will be based on your likes and dislikes and dietary goals, and presented to you for approval before your cooking session begins. We can also accommodate any number of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary concerns, including: vegan/vegetarian; lactose and gluten-free diets; low-sodium and low-fat diets; diabetic; and most popular low-carb/low-glycemic index diets (e.g. Zone, Atkins, South Beach, etc.).
